We are quite different than a dealer's service department. We are not corporate, not burdened by their overhead, and most importantly a dealer never feels compassion for you. I like to develop personal relationships with my customers and earn their trust.
We are very different in our approach to repairs. Wo do not try to get you to buy entire new assemblies when a simple repair will do. We never strive to upsell or promote unneccessary repairs, or turn a small job into a bigger job (See About Us).
To us there is no job to small. Tune-ups, breakers, AC reconditioning – we do what it takes. However, we are also there for the big jobs. For example, we rebuild our own engines as that way we absolutely know the job was correctly done.
There is nothing I do not like about being in the auto mechanic industry. I love what I do. It allows me to help people and their needs. I also enjoy meeting all the great and interesting customers that come into my shop. Besides the great labor rate, my customers see my honesty and conscientious service.
